The Song He Yuan provides a range of cremation memorials. Located along the cascading water feature, which has the Dragon’s Head at one end and the Guan Yin lake at the other, there are a number of commemoration options available.
Pools
Moving water gives sound and life to a Pool Memorial. These positions are set within the cascading water feature and are surrounded by highly landscaped garden beds. Pool Memorials currently available provide for the commemoration of up to eight individuals.
The memorial is marked with a bronze name plate to memorialise your family name and individual commemorative plaques are placed on granite within the landscaped garden beds.

Special Tree
A select few Weeping Maple and Cherry trees have been planted within the beautiful gardens of the Song He Yuan. These Special Tree memorials are an impressive living memorial that provide for up to four commemorative plaques. Plaques are placed around the tree within the landscaped gardens.

Ancestral TabletsLocated with the Di Zhang Wang Buddha within the temple at the Song He Yuan, ancestral tablets provide a traditional form of remembrance. On the 16th of each Chinese calendar month ancestral tablet grand offerings are made to the Di Zhang Wang Buddha and the respected deceased. These ceremonies are conducted by monks from the Yun Yang Temple and are held within the Di Zhang Wang temple at Springvale. The temple provides a convenient place for ancestral worship when visiting the cemetery. Remember and pay respect to your family. |
